Kathleen Mary Hayward-Frith

February 25, 1950 - April 22, 2022

Kathleen Mary Hayward Frith was born on February 25, 1950 in the Bronx, N.Y. to the Late Ethel Schaefer Hayward and Elmer Hayward. Kathy passed away on April 22, 2022. She was the beloved wife of the Late Robert (Bob) Frith. Kathy was the seventh of eleven siblings. She was the beloved sister of Edwin Hayward (Arlene) of Elmwood Park NJ, Mae Hayward LaGattuta (James), of Cary, N.C., Thomas Hayward (Ann), Valley Cottage, N.Y., John Hayward (Laurie) of Highland, N.Y., Edna Hayward Pultz, (James) of Granville, Ma., Mark Hayward (Christi) of Highland, N.Y., Steven Hayward (Georgene) of Libertyville IL. Kathy was a devoted and loving Aunt to many nieces and nephews, who adored her honest advice given with a sense of humor and hug. Kathy worked for Moody Investors in New York City for 15 years before she retired in 1997. She married Robert Frith on May 31,1997 in Valley Cottage, N.Y. and shortly after moved to Tibideaux, Louisiana where Bob was a Senior Chief Officer E8 in the US Coast Guard. After Bob's death she moved to Apex, N.C to be near her family. Kathy loved to travel and traveled extensively to many countries over the past 11 years. She fought a courageous and long battle with cancer with dignity and strength. She will forever be missed by her loving family and many friends. Funeral services for Kathy will be on Saturday, June 11, 2022 at 12:00 pm in Wake Memorial Park. 7002 Green Hope School Rd, Cary, NC 27519.
